I have recently been really unorganised with lunches and dinners. I have also been really undisciplined with my snacking! I'm starting a new job on Monday (yay!) and will be on the road a lot so need to be more proactive about sorting out my meals in advance. I don't want to get used to grabbing a sandwich or pasty on the go and gaining 100 pounds! I will be using the landscape planner to plan ahead and the portrait one to write down what I'm eating each day (I'm still carrying last years Christmas pudding weight *sobs*).
